the room was spacious and immaculate.. the suite style was high end. the shower was sensational. breakfast included a broad variety of quality food.
the hotel is located just off the main shopping street, via independenza, however the room layout was a bit quirky because it's in an old building with steps in both the room and bathroom.

the reception staff were great and willing to order a taxi. breakfast was good with great selection and beautifully presented items. i liked that the hotel tucked away off the main street, provided easy access to various attractions. the rooftop bar had lovely staff and great cocktails.
I found the housekeeping subpar, and it seems maintenance is required. The grout was mouldy on bathroom tiles. tables were wobbly, requiring only screw tightening. The paintwork was very marked.

the room was clean with modern decoration. it had a coffee machine and kettle. the room provided no issues, giving a great sense of comfort. walls were thin, however.

The hotel had a very central location. I could walk to all the sights. my check-in process was smooth and friendly. i was in a studio apartment annex, a separate building close to the hotel. i really liked the kitchenette. It had all i needed (plus, the ac worked perfectly!).
I noticed the walls are not soundproof. I could hear noises from other apartments.

breakfast included a beautiful buffet with many options, displayed beautifully, and had something for everyone. the olive courtyard looked amazing for a calm meal. i found the rooftop bar a favorite spot for enjoying the sunset.

the staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests i had. the space heater was provided quickly when i asked (a nice touch!). everyone was professional and accommodating.
